About Hub Atlas

Hub Atlas is an independent directory of the world’s airports and seaports: codes, runways, passenger numbers, operators and locations.

Airport pages bring together the IATA and ICAO codes, the city served, elevation, opening date, operator and owner, every runway with its length and surface, passenger numbers year by year and the airlines that use the airport as a hub. Port pages give the type of port, location, body of water, operator and the nearest airports.

All facts come from Wikidata, the free knowledge base (CC0). Passenger figures are those recorded in Wikidata with a year; coverage varies by country, and rankings only compare airports with figures for the same period. Distances between airports and ports are calculated by us from coordinates (great-circle distance).

Photos of terminals, aprons and harbours and airport logos come from Wikimedia Commons, as linked from Wikidata (image, logo). Every photo carries its author and licence, and the image credits page lists them all.

Hub Atlas is published at transportintelligence.com. It is not affiliated with Transport Intelligence Ltd, Ti Insight or any logistics research company, and it does not offer market research or consultancy.

Found a wrong code or a missing runway? Tell us — and consider fixing it on Wikidata too, so every reuser benefits.
